About the role of a Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work on range between £750,000 - £10 million. Day to day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time and dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.

Experience/Qualifications for a Site Manager

  • Proven experience in construction site management, particularly with design and build contracts.
  • Track record of excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
  • Experience working in a department that allows them to showcase logical thinking skills and verbal communication skills.
