Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Technical Sales Manager is required to join a renowned manufacturer of precision tooling to lead their sales team at their site in Stevenage. 


The successful Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Technical Sales Manager must have experience in leading Sales Teams, coming from a background of selling into the precision engineering/ manufacturing indsutry (including Aerospace, Automotive, Machining and Defence) The Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Technical Sales Manager will be covering UK wide, this is a hybrid role but must be within commuting distance of Stevenage. 

The Package: 

• £40,000-£50,000 DOE 
• 23 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Pension Contributions
• Ongoing professional support and training 

Requirements: 

• Technical Sales Background, experiencing selling engineering products, metrology, precision tools, machine tools/ accessories, worholding, workshop tools, machine tools accessories, cutting tools, machining products or similar would be beneficial. 
• Experience in gaining new business 
• Experience in building Sales Teams
• Experience selling to Plastics Industry would be advantageous
