Are you a Financial Administrator with a passion for client service and a desire to contribute to a growing firm?

You will play a vital role in supporting a Financial Adviser that takes a holistic approach providing comprehensive financial/Tax planning services to a wide client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, conduct research, and assist in the development of personalised financial plans.

Role of the Financial Administrator:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support for a range of financial products including Personal Pensions, ISAs, Investment Bonds and SIPPS
  • Liaising with providers to obtain quotes, cost comparison and preparing paperwork ready for client meetings
  • Responsible for utilising various platforms to research, collate data, scenario planning etc
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, dealing with client queries and booking appointments
  • Gathering fund fact sheets, performing income schedules and preparing bespoke valuations
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to utilise various platforms such as IO, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, Voyant Pension Switch

Candidate Experience:

  • Proven background working within a Financial Administration/Technical Administration role within Financial Services, Wealth Management or Financial Management is essential
