Description
My client are a global food manufacturer who are looking for a technical administrator to join the established team. They require someone with strong administrative skills, technical knowledge and experience working within the food sector.

Technical Administrator

Responsibilities
- Create and organise presentations in PowerPoint.
- Use Excel to gather information from various sources
- BRC Administration, SharePoint, updating specifications, and testing schedules.
- Manage barcode allocation and datalogger information.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Calibrate and track thermometers.
- Liaise with delivery and courier companies for the transportation of Lab Samples
- Provide technical support to all departments in collaboration with the technical team.
- Handle complaints about raw and cooked products, including communicating corrective actions with suppliers and customers.
- Chasing, collating, and uploading information to web applications.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Organise international travel arrangements for the technical department.
Requirements
- 2 + years of administration experience
- Experience working within FMCG/Food Manufacturing
- Accuracy with attention to detail with data
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organisation and Communication skills
- Willing to learn and develop.
- Flexible approach.
