- Lift Supervisor qualification
- Slinger / Signaller qualification
- STA ITS competency
- CSCS supervisor level
- SSSTS qualification
- First Aid training
- Manual Handling training
- Nail gun safety training
- Roof truss installation experience
- Cassette floor installation experience
- Experience and understanding of other site trades and their interaction with the timber frame installation process
- MMC knowledge and experience
- Temporary works experience
- Crane lifting operations training and managing deliveries/logistics experience
- PUWER/LOLER regulations knowledge and experience
- Fire protection installation and regulation experience
- Fire mitigation strategy knowledge and experience
- Health and Safety training, knowledge and experience
- Quality Assurance knowledge and experience
- Controlling and monitoring material use and stocks
- IT literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), programming, reporting & snagging software etc
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Team leadership and collaboration skills
- An ability to understand and follow drawings, details and specifications relating to the product
- Identify, understand, and address issues arising with detailed construction drawings, the product specification and the components and products involved (exposure and integration to VW processes and procedures will be provided to the successful candidate)

- Customer relations and people management training
- Understanding of the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing, deployment and installation process is essential. You will ensure the installation of our product in accordance with design, specification and installation guidance following Vistry SHEQ systems and procedures.
- You will ensure that all required SHEQ surveys, inspections, evidencing, reporting, snagging, and handovers are completed as required by both Vistry Works and the client.
- You will report to the Senior Contracts Manager with regular updates on site progress and daily activities, ensuring that any risks and opportunities are communicated effectively.
- You will manage and report on any supply chain, technical, logistics and client issues (including programme and progress issues) with support from the Senior Contracts Manager.
- You will identify and action any defects and/or snagging works in order to ensure quality standards, completion targets and handovers are maintained as per the site programme.
- You will document, report and action all relevant findings from internal and external inspections whilst adhering to Vistry Group processes and procedures.
- You will feed back information where necessary to relevant departments and personnel with regards to the product and value engineering in order to strive for continuous improvement.
