Project Manager - Regional Contractor - Greater Manchester
Our client is one of the UK's most respected and reputable main contractors with offices across the country they undertake schemes in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial sectors. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Greater Manchester
The person needs to be a strong driver of site teams, able to organise and push the team to deliver a tough program.
You will be typically running either Refurbishment or New Build projects up to £10m
Requirements
-Demonstratable experience in pushing/driving teams
- Experienced leading all aspects of a project
- Client management experience is essential
- Experience in Education, Healthcare, Commerical schemes would be ideal
Remuneration
- £55,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience
- Car Allowance
- Pension
- Healthcare
