Fabric Manager
Salary up to £55,000
Monday - Friday 8-5 (will be occasional weekend work)
25 Days holidays + Bank Holidays
North London, N7
We have a new and exciting position working for a leading facilities management company as a Fabric Manager working out of a prestigious building in North London. This position is for an engineer that is willing to grow a team and we require someone ideally with experience from a similar site that maintains the building whilst also having compliance and client facing experience.
In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex leading a small team of Fabric Engineers. This site is very reactive and we're looking for a pro-active manager.
Qualifications / Experience for a Fabric Manager:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in a building services qualification
- Experienced in dealing with clients
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with leading a team
- Committed and eager to drive a team and grow the contract
