The successful Area Sales Manager will be responsible for selling all types of filtration products, including air, process liquid, and dust and fume, into existing customers and targeted new business opportunities.

The role will involve:

  • Developing existing customer accounts and identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Appointment making and working to a sales plan.
  • Managing customer quotations as well as building close relationships with customers.
  • Communicating and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • The applicant will be trained on applications, and specifications to enable them to recommend products or services that best meets customer requirements.

To be successful in this role of Area Sales Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Previous sales experience selling to manufacturing industries preferably filtration products
  • Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization, both verbally and written.
  • Self-motivated to work independently, with team support, to close business deals.
  • Has achieved literacy and numeracy standards, and able to write legibly and write reports.
  • Effectively work with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, internet and email.
