Key responsibilities include:

• Measuring and quality checking building materials
• Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects, and clients
• Liaising with contractors, engineers, and surveyors
• Preparing written reports
• Conducting regular inspections of work, materials, and products on site, ensuring compliance with drawings and contract specifications
• Ensuring adherence to building regulations, health and safety, legal, and ecological requirements
