Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of dedicated care workers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Children's Home Regulations 2015 and SCCIF, maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Uphold and promote the highest standards of safeguarding practices.
• Deliver tailored, outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of vulnerable children.

Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
