Freelance Site Manager

V7 Recruitment have an exciting Site Manager role on a Freelance basis with our client in Liverpool. The role will involve managing the second fix internals on a multioccupancy project.
Start Date- 1st of July
End Date- End of December
Location- Liverpool
Rate- Negotiable
Hours- 7.30AM-5.30PM Monday-Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis every 8 weeks
Ideal candidate-
- Experience working on internals of multioccupancy builds is preferred.
- Process driven and strong QA skills.
- Ensures Health & Safety on site is managed to a high standard.
- Able to keep projects running on track with the programme.
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
