My client is a fast-growing company specializing in facilities management with over 25 years of experience. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their ever-growing team based in Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance, whilst also being able to diagnose, repair, and carry out news installations.
- PPM tasks with completed documentation for commercial and domestic
- Being part of a team providing 24/7 cover for breakdowns on a rota basis whilst working closely with the mechanical team to ensure high levels of maintenance breakdown cover
- Being able to prioritise workload effectively
- Computer competent
Requirements:
- City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ 2/3 in a mechanical discipline
- Commercial/Domestic Gas Certification CCN1, CENWAT,CODNCCO1, CDGA1 and CIGA1
- Health and Safety Training
- OFTEC Registered
- Experience of working on oil fired appliances/systems.
- Unvented water systems
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within this role.
- Have electrical safety training.
- IPAF and PASMA qualification
- Full UK Driving license
Package:
- Salary up to £46,000 DOE
