Maintenance Engineer/ Plumber - Expiring soon!

My client is a fast-growing company specializing in facilities management with over 25 years of experience. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an electrician to join their ever-growing team based in Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out PPM Work whilst being able to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
- Manage first-line responses in line with service requests
- Minor refurbishments and decoration
- Ability to undertake plumbing duties such as unblocking sinks, drains, and toilets as required
- Repairing leaks, repairing ballcocks, and fitting new tap washers and other relevant responsibilities
- Light plumbing installations
- Ability to change or fit locks, tighten hinges, and other general maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with PPM activities and reporting
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Previous experience as a maintenance engineer or similar position
- Proven experience in property maintenance
- Knowledge and ability to write technical reports
Package:
- Salary up to £33,000 DOE
