NonStop Care is currently working with a local authority based in the East Berkshire area who are looking for Autism Lead to join their Adults Community Mental Health Team.

They offer the opportunity to work from home, giving you the opportunity to travel less and spend more time working on your caseload which will lead to greater job satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Make decisions, in conjunction with the Service Manager and entire CMHT on day- to- day operational issues within the remit of the post and in line with the eligibility criteria for Adult & Community Care Services to ensure the safety of vulnerable people.

• To manage a caseload including complex assessments and casework.
