Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be at the helm of Strategic Survey Initiatives: Stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results.

• Strategic building of new department and team
• Inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail.
• Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively.
• Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.

Requirements:

• Experience working on residential buildings/social housing
• A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of experience, a testament to your commitment to excellence.
• Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency.
• A full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
• Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards, aligning with our corporate ethos.
• Strategical thinker.
