Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (L3 Qualified or L2 with L3 Aspiration)
Location: Potters Bar
Contract Type: Full-Time or 4 days a week.
Hours: 8AM - 4PM or 9AM - 5pm
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 Dependant on experience and qualifications.

Role Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s development and well-being. Whether you’re already L3 qualified or have an L2 qualification and aspire to achieve L3, we welcome your passion and commitment to early years education.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent care and supervision for children.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming nursery environment.
Requirements:
- L3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) if already qualified.
- L2 qualification with a strong desire to achieve L3 (we offer support for further training).
- Genuine passion for working with young children.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
