Application Developer / Data Analyst (Microsoft Access + SQL) / English & Polish Speaking / Hybrid Working - West Midlands / £30,000 - £55,000

The Application Developer will play a key role in developing our client's critical business systems and assisting in the migration from an old ERP system. Collaborating with the client's Polish sister company, you will define local requirements and assist in adapting their system to suit their particular needs. This role is split into their short and long term needs.

This is a multi-faceted role where you can really make a difference in this business. There is the opportunity for growth if this is something that you are looking for. We are looking at candidates from £30,000 up to £55,000 and are open to levels of experience.

Short term:
- June 2024 to Jan 2025
- To help implement an internal bespoke ERP system, collaborating with Polish colleagues
- VBA Development, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, Data Transformation, Data Migration

Long term:
- Jan 2025 on wards
- To help in the long term development of a replacement bespoke ERP system, collaborating with Polish colleagues
- C# Development, Business Application Design, Microsoft SQL, Reporting & Analytics

Person requirements:
- Polish & English speaking
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, preferably including SSIS & DTS
- Experience with Microsoft Access & VBA
- Experience in programming - ideally with C# & .NET but other programming experience considered
- Understanding of ETL, data cleansing and data quality management (ideally)
- Happy to work on site in the Midlands more so at the beginning, to understand their business, but more hybrid later on
- International travel fully expensed / 2-3 trips in 2024 and less regular thereafter
