Are You the Head of Sales We’re Looking For?

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in facilities management or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors.
  • Built and mentored successful sales teams.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Understand sales processes and team performance.
  • Proficient in sales operations, including managing activity, sales, revenue, and performance.

Desirable:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with ‘hard’ facilities management, air conditioning systems, and commercial gas.

What Will You Be Doing as Head of Sales?

In this role, you will lead the sales team with a hands-on approach, ensuring that targets are not only met but exceeded. You will manage two direct reports and have the potential to manage the estimating team in the future. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand FORTH®'s customer base and ensure a strong market presence will be a key responsibility. You will collaborate directly with the Managing Director to shape the company’s sales strategy and overall business direction. Building and nurturing relationships with key clients will be essential, ensuring trust and longevity. Additionally, you will oversee sales operations, including sales processes, revenue tracking, and team performance, providing regular reports and insights to the board to contribute to strategic decision-making. Mentoring and developing sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, will be another important aspect of your role. This position involves managing the region from London to the South Coast, covering areas from Bournemouth to Brighton.
