About Us: We are a leading company specialising in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects within the hospitality & leisure, retail, and commercial spaces sectors across the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity to manage high-profile projects and contribute to our ongoing success.

About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional membership of a recognised project management institution (desirable).
