Are you passionate about sustainability and decarbonisation within the social housing sector? Do you have extensive experience in managing contracts and delivering retrofit solutions, particularly in EWI? We are working with a leading retrofit decarbonisation solutions provider and principal contractor, specialising in reducing carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency in homes across all housing tenure types.

They are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in the Northwest. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of retrofit projects, working closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure successful outcomes. 

Due to planned growth, this is a fantastic time to join the company, they will offer progression as you will be joining at the start of this exciting journey.

The ideal candidate will have a background in social housing refurbishment, with a strong emphasis on EWI experience. You should have proven experience in contract management and project delivery, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A passion for driving positive change in the social housing sector is essential.
