Quantity Surveyor - Liverpool

Excellent opportunity to work for a Tier 1 contractor who has an EV division managing frameworks across the UK

Salary: - £50,000 - £55,000 basic + Car or Car allowance

Role Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Tier 1 contractor's EV division as part of the larger offerings across the group. Supporting their rapid growth across the UK with this position based in Liverpool for the North West team.

Work on the delivery of the EV Charging schemes, focusing on the sub-contractor costings and payments. Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:

• Oversee detailed bills of quantities and cost breakdowns.
• Monitor project costs against the package of works.
• Support with the management of the sub-contractor costs and payments.
• Report and Manage variations, claims, and other contractual issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and with external sub-contractors.

This role is office based a minimum of 3 days a week, then 2 days a week from home. Working as part of the close-knit team, taking projects from the project go-live date through to completion, looking at between 3-5 projects at any one time up to £10m in value.

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree qualified - Ideally in Quantity Surveying
• Experienced Quantity Surveyor but from any background be it NEC / JCT or Bespoke as long as it is UK based experience. Full training is provided taking your Quantity Surveyor skills in to their NEC contract.
• Full driving licence
