Senior Site Manager Opportunity ( number 2 to a project manager) 

Location: Crewe

My client, one of the UK’s most successful privately-owned businesses, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their dynamic team. With a turnover exceeding £1 billion, this company is a leader in the industry—stable, cash-rich, and incredibly busy. They boast an order book worth over £600 million secured for the next two years.

About the Company:

  • Sector Focus: Commercial, Retail, Industrial, High Residential, and Leisure
  • Project Range: £15 million to £120 million
  • Average Project Value: £10 million to £50 million

Role: They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to support a Project Manager on a £15 million Industrial project in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-profile project and contribute to the success of a top-tier business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure project timelines are met
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
  • Report progress to the Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the relevant sectors
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
