An opportunity has opened up in the Portsmouth area to join a well-established precision engineering company who have been operating for over 40 years and manufactures a very unique product which has a worldwide reputation. The ideal Toolmaker will have a great manual machining knowledge along with the ability to use CNC Mills and Lathes on Heidenhain controls.

Essential skills needed for Toolmaker
- Must have right to live and work in the UK *Essential*
- Must have a clean criminal record *Essential*
- Ability to use all manual machinery *Essential*
- Knowledge and use of manual measuring equipment
- Understanding of drawing tolerances and specifications
Desirable Skills for Toolmaker
- Security Clearance
- CNC Programming both online and offline
- Ability to use CNC Mills and Lathes *Highly desirable*
Additional information for Toolmaker
- Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm
- Friday 8am to 12pm
- Overtime available at x 1.5
- Due to the nature of the work a full police check will be conducted if successful and can take up to 6 weeks*
- 5 Weeks holiday per annum
