We're Seeking Candidates Who:

-have a meticulous attention to detail and possess analytical thinking.
-are skilled with hand-tools (but not necessarily for soldering or wiring).
-have previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production type roles (preferred, but not essential by the way!).
-approach tasks with confidence and a practical mindset.
-possess teamwork capabilities and adaptability to shifting demands.
-are proficient in basic computer and mathematical skills.
-can interpret technical drawings (a plus, but again not essential).
-demonstrate a committed and enthusiastic attitude towards work.

Production Operative Responsibilities Include:

-Precision assembly of electronic components using detailed diagrams and specifications (if this is new to you, training will be given).
-Performing final product inspections to guarantee quality.
-Performing software setups after training.
