HGV Class 2 driver required for a position with our well-established client in Burton on Trent.

The role is a Monday to Friday position and will be on an ongoing basis. 

The start time will be between 05.00am and 07.00am and will usually be between 10-12 hours per shift.

Job role will include:

• Multidrop deliveries customers across the East Midlands 
• Delivering Palletised goods 
• 10-12 hour shifts
• Driving with care and attention not to damage the product
• Completing vehicle defect and maintaining logs
• Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring this is returned to transport office

The Candidate:

• A valid full category C Licence
• Minimum 1 year HGV Class 2 driving experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Work well with others as part of a team
• Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
• Must have a current CPC and Digi card
• No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no DR/DD/BA/IN offences)

Pay rate:

• £15.75 - £16 per hour DOE
