My client, based in Emsworth, specialises in housing maintenance and is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join their team in the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience working with CNC machines to produce precision parts.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC turning machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform basic maintenance on machines
- Work with materials handling equipment to move parts within the workshop
- Use hand tools to assemble and weld components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Utilise logic controllers for machine operations
- Fabricate components as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in CNC turning
- Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Ability to weld, assemble, and fabricate parts accurately
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques
- Competence in using hand tools for various tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
