Timber Window Service Engineer

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful installation company who are looking to employ an experienced Timber window and door service engineer to join their team.
Our client has been successfully trading to the trade and domestic markets for many years and are known for their excellent product/installation quality and outstanding customer service experience.
The right candidate will have experience diagnosing and fixing problems with timber windows, specifically timber box sash.
The role:
- Meet with customers at their homes or business and undertake assigned repair/maintenance or to excellent standards,
- Assist with locating of required parts when required
- Completing jobs that are booked in, in a good timely manner
- Maintaining stock level of all parts
- Keeping the van clean and tidy
- Adhere to health and safety at all times
The candidate:
- Have Good knowledge of all types of door and window systems, specifically Timber
- Currently working as a window and door service engineer, but senior fitters will also be considered
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and be able to work independently
- Full clean UK driving license
