THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience of working within the Facilities Management and Building Services industry providing maintenance to a range of HVAC plant and associated equipment. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in electrical maintenance engineering and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be appropriately qualified with a proven track record of the day to day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and services

If you are a qualified Engineer with the before mentioned experience and are looking to diversify into a specific area of Building Maintenance this is the role for you.
In return for your experience and expertise, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary UP TO £39,000. Other benefits are on offer including Pension, Specialist Tools, PPE, as well as the chance to pick up over time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Technically qualified in Engineering. (City & Guilds, HNC etc)
  • Computer literate.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Building Maintenance Experience
