Up to £37,500 per annum
Diamond Search Recruitment are seeking a NPD Technologist working for a brand-new client of ours based in Wales.
The role will be Mon- Fri – 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- To manage customer accounts with NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch.
- Direct contact with key retailers, face to face, and written communication.
- Create and develop innovative designs, capturing new key trends and designs for both NPD & EPD projects.
- Champion recipe creation and all documentation throughout concept to launch process including recipes, submission forms, QAS/CQM’s, launch folders and factory paperwork.
- Undertake all tasks associated with product launch.
- Responsible for sourcing new ingrediaents, fit for purpose for the design & costs.
- Responsible or sending out kitchen samples and to meet the required delivery times.
The Ideal Candidate:
- NPD background
- Good creative & Innovation skills
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- A good understanding of the functions in food ingredients
