Role:

As part of the role you will be required to efficiently, effectively repair and do maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery. When at work you be working to a high standard whilst constantly adhering to company and health and safety policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Health and Safety and Company policy and procedure at all times.
• Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to maximise overall machine efficiency.
• Contribute to implementing new working methods and actively take part in continuous improvement.
• Effectively prioritise workload to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard.
• Ensure consistency in quality of work across the various lines.
• To actively and analytically fault find.
• Ensure smooth changeovers/handovers between shifts.
• To understand company performance measurements
• Any other duty that can be reasonably expected.

The Person:

• Minimum 5 years Industrial Maintenance Experience in similar role.
• Relatable qualifications (MOET/C&G/Btec)
• Electrical - Multiskilled with electrical bias
• Industrial Hydraulics Experience
• Understanding of PLC Control
• Understanding of chilled process/AC
• H&S Qualifications desirable but not essential.
• Plastics extrusion experience, desirable but not essential.
• Welding/Fabrication skills, desirable but not essential.
