Description

UBT Recruitment are working with a leading provider in fire safety solutions to recruit a Project Manager. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing site projects and ensuring efficient delivery of customer orders. You will suit this position if you are mechanically and electrically minded.

Working hours and Salary: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. 2 days per week based in the office in Liverpool, 3 days per week on site. £50,000-£60,000 per annum (DOE).

Role Duties:

  • Work closely with the internal and external teams to manage purchasing and logistics and ensure quality control.
  • Building the installation team and implementing strategies.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance.
  • Delivering projects on time, often on new build construction sites with the objective of increasing GP
  • Needs to ensure products are installed correctly and work perfectly and the customer is happy.

Requirements

  • Mechanical and electrical engineering inclined, with experience.
  • Strong, driven operational management and leadership skills
  • Strong project management with the ability to analyse data and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to travel and stay away frequently
