The Senior Quantity Surveyor position is for an established Leeds based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment.
The role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Valuations
- Cost reports
- Final accounts
- Client management
- Instructions
- Variations
- Contract administration
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor the role are:
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.
- Autonomously running projects.
- Consultancy experience.
