Area to be covered: South East (office based initially)

Location: Hertfordshire office (80% will be internally based initially,  moving to 60-70% field based after 3-6 months)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience + £12,000 commission

Benefits: £5,000 car allowance & full benefits

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Underfloor Heating will involve:

• Regional Sales Manager position, selling the design, manufacture and supply of underfloor heating systems / solutions
• Project sales based position selling a full solution rather than just products
• Selling to housebuilders, developers, M&E contractors, M&E consultants, installers and specifiers
• Turnover target will be established determined on your experience
• 50/50 new business and account management
• Updating an internal CRM system with accurate and relevant information

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Underfloor Heating with:

• Must have sales experience in the HVAC / plumbing & heating sectors
• Must have sold to housebuilders, developers, M&E contractors, M&E consultants, installers and specifiers
• Under floor heating experience would be highly advantageous, however not essential
• Must have a professional & personable manner both on the phone and in person
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
• Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
• Self-motivated, confident, resilient, driven and ambitious
