Retrofit Assessment can be a hard field to get into, you've got the qualifications, but struggle to find work without experience.
That's why TSA Surveying is working with an Energy Efficiency Company offering a permanent position as a Retrofit Assessor, complete with practical training for those lacking significant experience.
For those fully trained, there will be the added benefit of a company car with petrol paid for, and commission on every Retrofit Assessment
The roles of a Retrofit Assessor will typically include:
- Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system.
- Any insulation measures.
- Drawing up accurate floor plans of the property.
- Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.
Applicants must have a Level 3 Retrofit Assessment Qualification or higher, and any experience in the Energy or Property sectors will be helpful.
