Salary/Rate:
£40,000 - £60,000/annum

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Telford, Shropshire based office. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied and extremely interesting caseload of commercial property transactions including: 

• Conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements and development agreements 
• Developer land acquisitions and plot sales 
• Acquisition, sales and refinancing of freehold & leasehold commercial premises 
• Acting for banks in the financing of commercial premises 
• Advising and negotiation on commercial leases for both landlord and tenant 

Successful candidates will have gained experience within an established commercial property practice and have worked closely with clients to provide both practical and commercial solutions. 

You will be required not only to provide advice to clients on the best legal action available to them, but also to contribute to business development, including marketing activities and client relationship management. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

There are excellent long-term prospects for the successful candidate. There is a very clear progression plan in place.
