Our client is a successful and well-established manufacturer.  They are looking for people to join them as an Auto Electrician / Electrical Assembly Operative to work on the electrical aspects of vehicle manufacture / conversion.  They are looking for people that are used to working with hand and power tools, and that can follow diagrams, schematics and instructions with precision. 

If you have a background in the electrical assembly or conversions of Vehicles, this will be an advantage, HOWEVER, if you come from an Electrical Assembly outside of the Automotive industry, you may be considered.

As an Auto Electrician / Electrical Assembler, you will play a key role in the electrical wiring and assembly of vehicles, installing lights and wiring up the required parts with accuracy. You will always ensure every task in the build process is completed to the highest quality standards. 

Salary up to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience + Overtime.

Hours of work: 4 day week! Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 5:00pm, 40 hour week.

Applicant requirements:

•    Previous experience in as an Auto Electrician or Electrical Assembler in the automotive, or similar industry is preferred.
•    Experience of working with relevant tools e.g. basic hand / power tools and air operated tools, etc.
•    An understanding of engineering drawings / schematics / assembly instructions.
•    A keen eye for detail.
•    Good time keeping.

This job would suit someone with a background in a similar role, e.g. Assembly Operative / Assembler / Auto Electrician / Electrical Assembler / Coach Builder / Automotive Electrician / Vehicle Conversion Operative / Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technician
