Recruit Engineering is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a client based in Bradford. This hybrid role involves both shop floor and office responsibilities. We are looking for an individual proficient in CNC milling, experienced with CAD/CAM software (preferably OneCNC), and capable of programming using Fanuc or Haas controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC milling machines to produce precise parts according to specifications.
  • Program machining tasks using CAD/CAM software.
  • Utilize G Codes for efficient machine operation.
  • Monitor quality by verifying designs and tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance processes.
  • Earn £17 - £18 per hour (based on experience) with optional overtime during day shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a CNC Miller in precision engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM, ideally OneCNC.
  • Ability to program machines using G Codes.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
