Project Manager - Contract - South West 

100% site based

The Project Manager will lead a critical workstream focused on implementing necessary adjustments in the client site to accommodate new equipment. Will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of the project from onboarding to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages project team members in a medium-scale project.
  • Develop, align and execute detailed covering scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk to deliver the success criteria
  • Working with Procurement, develop, align and execute detailed sourcing strategies
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the adjustment of factory equipment, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the workstream, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (or related ) and strong related work experience.
  • Project Management experience: Proven track record in leading complex projects, preferably in dairy manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on equipment adjustments.
  • Strong CAPEX Project Management skills (Budget, Cash Flow, Schedule, Resource and Scope Management / Delegation)
  • Demonstrated capability to manage medium sized CAPEX projects in at least one of the following industries: Food, FMCG or Pharmaceutical
