£35,000 - £55,000/annum Salary Negotiable DOE

Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ PQE

Salary: Very competitive depending on experience

The firm offer a comprehensive range of legal services, from the drafting a simple Will or buying your first home to a complex commercial matter, clinical negligence or personal injury claim, mesothelioma litigation or family matter. This is a great opportunity to join their growing and dynamic Commercial Property team.   

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Commercial Leases and other Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Development – sale, purchase, pre-emption, options and overage agreements
  • Land and agricultural matters
  • Refinance
  • Investment transactions and portfolios

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience of the above matters
  • Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files.
  • Excellent technical skills and drive for continuous improvement
  • Drive to grow and develop the department
  • Assist in the mentoring and supervision of trainees and newly qualified trainees.
  • Strong client focus and a commitment to a high level of client care
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Commercial awareness
  • Flexibility and commitment.
