Our client is actively searching for an Office Administrator to become a valued member of their team in Segensworth.

As an Office Administrator, you will collaborate closely with well-established major distribution partners to secure competitive pricing and efficiently manage stock orders. In addition, you will provide essential support to Account Managers, encompassing responsibilities such as generating quotes, crafting email correspondence, and engaging with customers to address their needs. Furthermore, you will process financial transactions using the organisation's core business system. Only existing UK residents will be considered.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Office Based, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm.

Office Administrator Requirements:

  • Be competent with Microsoft Office

  • Full UK Driving Licence
This role has a minimum age restriction of 21 - this is because part of the role will involve managing our small fleet of vehicles and this restriction is imposed by our Fleet Insurance.

Office Administrator Benefits:
