Job Description

• Responsible for managing small works projects on live refurbishment sites including schools, hospitals etc. 
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager in live refurbishment projects (preferable)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
