Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our clients team as a Trainee Business Analyst. This unique opportunity will allow the selected candidate to shadow and work closely with the Senior Business Analyst, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the world of business analysis in a vibrant city setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Senior Business Analyst in day-to-day tasks, gathering requirements, and preparing documentation.
  2. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and effectively communicated.
  5. Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
  6. Participate in the design and review of new systems and processes.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to develop both technical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or nearing completion).
  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. A keen interest in business processes, technology, and data analysis.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  6. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
