Job Title:- No.1 Joinery Project Manager
Location- City of London
Type:- Perm
With a turnover of over £150 million, one of UK’s leading Specialist Fit-out Contractors is seeking a NO.1 Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 year’s experience within Interior pacakges including joinery on Projects over £100 milion on a fast track basis.
Some of the key duties would include
- Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards
- Site set up and strategy including logistics
- Planning
- Running the job as a number 1
- Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly
- Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.
- Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to
- Finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Manage a team in place and report into the Director
- Get the Project over the line
- Client Liasion
- Aftercare
Ideal candidate must have worked for a Main Contracrtor delivering similar size jobs,must have have a Black, CSCS, SMSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
