HR Officer | Hybrid Working | Salary £30,000


Your new company

My client is a leading provider within there field and are rapidly growing and as a result are seeking to appoint a HR Adviser to join their team. They operate on a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Your new job Reporting into the Head of HR your role as HR Adviser will be to take a proactive approach in supporting on a wide variety of HR matters. You will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and service and take a fair and consistent approach in applying policies and procedures as well as supporting line manager or team members on employment interpretation or application. You will play a key part in supporting on the delivery of the HR strategy and contribute to wider business goals by ensuring all HR initiatives, processes and procedures are aligned. Duties in this role will be very generalist covering recruitment, employee relations, policy reviewing, employee engagement and project work. What you'll need to succeed.

- Experience working in a hr department at advisory level
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent planning and organisations skills
- Full clean driving license
