RECRUITMENT ADVISOR - RUNCORN - 23K - HYBRID - PERM

Your new company
My client is a growing distribution centre in Runcorn and has exciting expansion plans. They are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to help them set up their new team and be a part of this exciting time. Your hours will be 8am - 4pm - Monday - Friday and a hybrid working model.

Your new role
You will be an experienced recruiter with a high communication skill and adaptable to the business needs. You will be responsible for the 360 recruitment needs at the Runcorn site and may need to help your team at the 4 other sites if necessary. You will be analysing data and trends within the market to help identify new strategies and actively promote the brand. You will be working with the HR recruitment manager and the acquisition talent manager to constantly improve the company sourcing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in the recruitment industry or HR sector. My client wants you to have confidence, approachable personality and works well within a team and individually.
