Client Details
I am working with one of my legal clients based in Wakefield who are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The role is paying up to £29,000 and offers hybrid working.
Description
The Learning & Development Advisor is responsible for all aspects of Learning & Development including identifying development needs, design, co-ordination, delivery of training and interventions. These interventions will include induction, soft skills workshops, systems, coaching and the arrangement of external training. This role will be working as part of a small, fast paced People Team.
Profile
The successful L&D Advisor will have experience working autonomously in a similar L&D role and be qualified to CIPD level 5. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You should be adaptable to meet business needs and be goal oriented, with strong organisation skills. Knowledge of e-learning software would also be a strong advantage.
