Are you looking for a daytime only role? We have a superb new position available of breakfast chef. If early mornings are your thing then this would be a great option. This is a great role in terms of location, on the edge of the new forest within walking distance of the amenities in Lyndhurst in the New Forest. Lyndhurst is a large village and popular tourist attraction with a lot of cafes, bars, pubs and hotels. The position is Breakfast Chef/Chef de Partie so even better you will get your evenings too.
As breakfast chef for this luxury 2AA Rosette hotel venue you'll be part of the team preparing guests for their busy days ahead. You will be making sure mis en place is prepared for the kitchen, taking responsibility for food preparation of both buffet and hot food and you'll also be in charge of stock, ordering and maintaining the clenliness of the kitchen.

Hours and Salary: This position is up to £24k with no live in available. It will involve working weekends on a rota basis but not evenings.
