Commis Chef/Kitchen Assistant - New Forest - Live in available.
We have a superb new position available within entry level to the kitchen environment within this 1AA rosette stunning new forest hotel. If cooking (and learning more) fresh, seasonal and brasserie style is your thing then this would be a great option. This is more secluded role in terms of location, within the new forest about half a mile to the nearest shops/school and amenities. The position is full time permanent Commis chef/kitchen assistant
As Commis chef for this luxury 1AA Rosette hotel venue you'll be part of the team preparing guests for their busy days ahead. You will be making sure mis en place is prepared for the kitchen, taking responsibility for food preparation of both buffet and hot food and you'll also be in charge of stock, ordering and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Hours and Salary: This position is up to £23k with no live in available.
