Axcess Merchant Services is a growing Payment Service Provider and wants to recruit a Digital Marketer with a strong B2B lead-gen and social media management background to help upscale our business.

You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing manager and the wider business to bring the social media strategy to life through creative and engaging execution. You’ll enjoy coming up with new ways to tell our story and share our services, and you’ll actively embrace finding new and creative ways of building the brand through social media content ensuring it’s optimised and measured to inform future strategies.

We'd love to hear from you if you have a digital marketing background where you've worked in lead generation with knowledge across paid media channels and social media management. You'll have an understanding of all digital marketing channels and how they contribute to drive leads for the business, but your specialist area will be PPC and paid social via LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Drive strategy and execution for B2B social, PPC and paid media lead generation with proven framework and new idea campaigns.
  • Inform and manage events on social platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing manager to ensure co-ordinated, high-performing campaigns are distributed and optimised with key partners and global divisions.
  • Write compelling copy for a range of channels including emails, newsletters, website, and social.
  • Track, analyse and optimise marketing ROI for all campaigns.

Your experience should include:

  • Paid social on LinkedIn
  • PPC
  • Email
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google AdWords, Planable, Canva, etc
  • Campaign planning and strategy
  • Budget management
  • A background in B2B marketing and this will ideally be within the payments industry.
  • To deliver content scheduling across all social media channels
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for the brand to be part of topics and conversations online
  • Provide detailed social reporting, campaign insights that demonstrate to the business social media effectiveness.

This is a key role within an eclectic team in an exciting and challenging environment and will be focused on delivering quality leads as the business is upscaling significantly.
