This focus brings exciting opportunities for our Process Engineering team who work on sustainable emissions reductions projects covering electrification, CCUS and Hydrogen as well as energy optimisation of existing hydrocarbon infrastructure. We are seeking highly motivated, talented and client focussed Process engineers with first-hand practical operational knowledge to join our team to manage and deliver Process studies and support on both stand alone and integrated projects.

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer (IChemE or equivalent) is preferred.
  • MEng in Chemical / Process Engineering
  • Experienced Front-End Study consultant capable of coordinating & managing multi-discipline project teams.
  • Comprehensive and demonstrable experience in process design, operations, and safety.
  • Willingness and enthusiastic mentor / coaching experience of less experienced engineers on technical aspects of process engineering and continued professional development.
  • Be adaptable and agile to enable delivery of assignments at short notice while multi-tasking across concurrent project scopes.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Demonstratable proposal development ability.
  • First class communication demonstrating ability to summarise key drivers succinctly.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
  • Practical experience within the energy industry is a definite advantage for this role.
  • Experience in the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
    • Experience in plant operations support & optimisation
    • Practical experience on site within Industry
    • Experience in CCUS or Hydrogen project development.
